Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated staff to join our team. New concept coming to the town specialising in italIan cuisine, but also offering a range of high end drinks to compliment the other businesses we have in the area. An emphasis on high end without losing a warm and welcoming approach to the family style atmosphere is a must

We want to create a small team but strong team that can interlink seemlessly with each other. You will be involved in a family business that are also very hands on

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with food preparation in the kitchen if needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
- Perform basic maths calculations for bill processing and ensure accurate billing for guests.

Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong culinary knowledge is advantageous, particularly regarding food safety practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly demeanour.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately are required.
