Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Chef to join our culinary team at hour shop inside Tooting Makert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience working in busy restaurant environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents, contribute to a vibrant dining atmosphere, and deliver exceptional meals to our valued guests. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared fresh, presented attractively, and served promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grill station and surrounding work areas
  • Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking processes
  • Follow all food safety regulations and hygiene procedures diligently
  • Assist in menu planning and suggest new ideas for grilled dishes
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Manage stock levels, restock ingredients, and report shortages promptly

Qualifications
