Full job description

The Proper Pub Company is a family run group in Rutland, with two thriving hospitality establishments.

We are looking to expand our team and on the lookout for a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor.

We require someone who has experience of a very busy pub and hotel, in a prime location serving 1000+ customers a week in high season. We are looking for someone who has a passion for the industry. As well as a high level of understanding of food and wine, and excellent customer service skills, to cover the Managers days off and help and support them throughout the week, as well as maintaining the high standards that we expect.

Working towards deadlines and targets are an essential part of the role. The candidate would need to be able to work effectively under pressure, and have a good understanding of cashing up and stock management.
