The rooms use the historic structure to provide the character and charm synonymous with the property and decorated with fabrics and furniture from leading British designers.

We are looking for a positive and open-minded person help maintain a reputation with an unsurpassable attention to getting the small things right.

As a Housekeeper, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager, your core skills in hospitality and hotel experience will be vital in delivering exceptional service. You will utilize your experience to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the pub.

Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to our guests' satisfaction and overall experience. Join our team and help create a comfortable and pristine atmosphere for all.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have an understanding of MEWS property management system
  • Liaise with our linen, laundry and chemical suppliers to ensure the delivery of a consistently perfect product
  • Ensure all of the unique rooms, linens and amenities are kept immaculate condition
  • Ensure specific periodic maintenance phases are carried out and planned in advance 
  • Enhance a positive working environment
