The Role:

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our incredible kitchen team. As an experienced chef you will have great knowledge of the current trends in food and thrive when working in a forward thinking and innovative team. You are confident running your section and work in a tidy and efficient way. Tidy house, tidy mind as they say.

You will report to the Head Chef and will work closely with both the Sous and Head Chef to ensure the kitchen is maintained to a high standard and the guest experience goes above and beyond.

You’ll bring:

o Previous experience in a gourmet pub restaurant or have experience working with fresh foods

o A passion and enthusiasm about the industry and help bring new ideas for our menus and interested in developing a career in the industry

o Confidence working with fresh ingredients and running your own section from prep to closing down

o Great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
