Marketing & Sales Assistant

Our client is looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant to support face-to-face marketing campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives across Glasgow. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with people, developing professional skills, and contributing to campaigns focused on community engagement and supporter acquisition.

Working in a customer-facing environment, you'll help deliver meaningful outreach campaigns that focus on building awareness, generating support, and creating positive public engagement through direct interaction.

You'll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement from day one.

Day-to-Day Duties

• Representing client campaigns professionally and enthusiastically
• Engaging with members of the public through face-to-face interactions in residential and community settings
• Communicating campaign messages clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Assisting with customer and supporter onboarding processes
• Supporting campaign growth and brand visibility through direct marketing activities
• Building positive relationships and creating memorable customer experiences
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team goals
• Attending regular training workshops and coaching sessions focused on communication, sales, and marketing
