Stock Controller - New Malden

Champion Timber who are an Independent Timber Merchant, have ten branches based in the South East and we currently have a vacancy in our New Malden Branch for a Stock Admin Assistant.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday (42.5 hrs/5 Days a week)

  • Dealing with all aspects of customer enquiries
  • Carrying inventory counts, including preparation, completion and investigating any variances
  • Ensuring goods are received and inspected according to company procedure
  • Liaising directly with suppliers
  • Ensuring stock is ordered and received for customer orders
  • Processing returns to suppliers and following through until credit is received
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained at all times
  • Ensure all Company promotions are 100% compliant with all signage and products in the relevant locations

Working hours will include the following shifts:

  • 5:00AM – 14:30PM
  • 7:00AM – 16:30PM
  • 7:30AM - 17:00PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,064.00-£30,252.00 per year
