Role : Supervising Social Worker
Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Permanent contract
Salary: dependant on experience within similar role
CFS Care are currently looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join our Ofsted graded “Good” Fostering Service. Although fostering experience is desirable it is not an essential as full training will be given.
This is an exciting time to be joining CFS Care as you will be helping to grow our fostering service across the Northwest, this will include the recruitment, assessment, approval and induction of new carers and transferring foster carers.
You will need to be a passionate and enthusiastic qualified social worker with a recognised social worker degree and registered with Social Work England and work in line with the professional standards, ethics and values of this governing body considered for this role.
This role is home based at this time, and you will be joining a small friendly team, part of the CFS Care Family. You will have a "can do", flexible approach to work and be willing to travel across the Northwest.
Your practice standards will be exemplary with a high focus on regulatory compliance and on achieving positive, evidenced-based progress outcomes for every child.
You will be able to build positive relationships with Local Authorities and other external partners, placing the needs of the child at the forefront of every decision made.
