The Role

The Lettings Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Property Management team and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the lettings journey.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will help coordinate enquiries, support property onboarding, manage appointments, and provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.

· Act as a professional first point of contact for landlords, contract holders, applicants, and contractors.

· Support the onboarding of new properties, landlords, and tenancies.

· Coordinate appointments, viewings, valuations, and other customer interactions.

· Assist with the preparation and management of documentation and records.

· Maintain accurate information across company systems and databases.

· Support communication and collaboration between departments.

· Contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the lettings process.

· Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational activities.

· Support the wider team during busy periods and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

· Professional and confident telephone manner.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
