Support Worker

Salary: Pay rate £13.01 per hour. £27,060.80 based on 40 hours per week.

Working Hours: Full time - Up to 40 hours per week

Service: Nexus Support Limited - Chelmsford

Nexus Support Limited is a specialist provider working alongside people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs aged between 16 and 45, and their families in the South Essex area. Covering - Basildon, Castle Point, Chelmsford, Southend.

Days are spent supporting people to live a life meaningful to them. We provide opportunities to grow, develop new skills and to explore and enjoy new and established interests and experiences. This may include activities such as swimming, exercising, Health & Beauty and any preferred activities that individuals may wish to participate in within community settings and within their own homes.

When not out and about staff are on hand for chats and advice to help when times become challenging.

You will need to be available to work full time hours, supporting the person at home and within the community. Shifts patterns include earlies, lates, sleep in and alternate weekends.
