About Get A Drip

Founded in 2017, Get A Drip is one of the UK’s leading preventative health and longevity businesses, trusted by around 190,000 people. We offer a fully integrated health platform spanning advanced diagnostics, blood testing and biomarker analysis, IV therapy, weight management, and a fast-growing telemedicine service – all built around one simple principle: test, treat, retest.

Our credentials matter. We are CQC-registered, GPhC-regulated, and hold an MHRA wholesale licence. We operate 18 locations across the UK alongside a rapidly expanding digital platform, and we are now building towards a fully integrated longevity platform combining diagnostics, treatments, AI-driven insights, and membership-based care.

If you want to help redefine the future of preventative health, we would love to hear from you

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Clinic Manager to lead one of our thriving clinics in West London (Apogii W2 4UW or High Street Kensington W8 7RG). In this role, you will lead a team of clinical and longevity coordinator professionals to deliver first-class, diagnostically informed client experiences that exceed expectations at every touchpoint. You will champion a culture of longevity, preventative health, and premium service – ensuring your team are expert guides for clients on their health optimisation journey. Commercially sharp and results-driven, you will consistently exceed KPIs while never compromising on the quality of care or experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and develop your clinic team through coaching, one-to-ones, appraisals, and development planning, building genuine expertise in longevity and preventative health
  • Oversee delivery of diagnostic services and personalised treatment plan consultations, working with clinical colleagues to embed evidence based protocols
  • Own the clinic’s commercial performance, monitoring revenue, conversion, retention, and upsell metrics and developing strategies to consistently exceed KPI targets
  • Manage clinic operations with precision: rota management, stock control, equipment maintenance, and financial oversight
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC requirements, GPhC standards, and all applicable healthcare regulations, maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance
  • Build strong relationships across the business, including clinical leads, the pharmacy team, area management franchise partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, staying at the forefront of longevity science and premium service standards

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience in a luxury, premium, or concierge healthcare or wellness environment with direct team leadership responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of operations
  • A track record of exceeding commercial KPIs in a client-facing environment, with the ability to translate performance data into clear action plans
  • Experience embedding and elevating service standards in a premium or high-end setting
  • Exceptional communication skills, confident consulting with clients and leading briefings with clinical staff
  • Calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure, with strong emotional intelligence and meticulous attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for longevity and preventative health, and the ability to inspire that passion in others

Desirable

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Clinical background (nursing, paramedic, or allied health professional) registered with NMC, HCPC, or GMC
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and CQC compliance
  • Knowledge of diagnostics, IV therapy, nutrition, or wellness medicine
  • Experience in a luxury, premium, or concierge healthcare or wellness environment
  • Familiarity with longevity science, functional medicine, or health optimisation protocols

Benefits

  • Quarterly bonus scheme based on clinic performance.
  • Shared Tip Pool.
  • Get A Drip Staff training credit to spend on drips and boosters, up to the value of £2400 per annum.
  • 22 days per annum, which rises by one additional day per full completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days, plus 8 bank holiday days which are added to your leave entitlement which can be taken throughout the year at your request (as clinics remain open on bank holidays with the exception of Christmas day).
  • Auto-enrolment pension scheme.
  • Exclusive perks via Perkbox.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
