Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, providing excellent patient care, and supporting pharmacy operations. Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately in accordance with pharmacy protocols and legal requirements
• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and distribution
• Provide clear instructions to patients regarding medication usage and potential side effects
• Maintain precise records of dispensed medications and patient interactions
• Support inventory management by stock checking, ordering, and organising pharmaceutical supplies
• Ensure the pharmacy environment complies with health and safety standards
• Offer compassionate patient care, answering queries, and providing guidance on medication adherence
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes

Skills

• Proven experience as a pharmacy technician or in a similar role within a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and pharmacy software systems
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to pharmaceutical practice#
• Know how to use the Titan system
