Full job description

Case Manager – Occupational Therapist

Neuro Rehabilitation / Brain Injury or Paediatrics

Remote (UK)
Full time / Part time

This role is not for every Occupational Therapist.

And that’s exactly the point.

We’re looking for exceptional, experienced OTs — the kind who truly understand the complexity of brain injury, neuro rehabilitation or paediatric cases, and who want to use that expertise to shape recovery, influence outcomes and change lives.

If you have 5+ years’ post qualification experience and your clinical heart sits in Neuro/ABI or Paediatrics, this could be the most rewarding step in your career.

About Enable Therapy Services (ETS)

Enable Therapy Services is an award winning, independent rehabilitation and vocational case management company, trusted nationwide for our ethical, rehabilitation first approach.

We don’t sit on litigation teams.
We don’t chase volume.
We focus on people — applying the biopsychosocial model to deliver meaningful, life changing rehabilitation in line with the Rehabilitation Code 2015.

Our Case Managers are supported, trusted and empowered to practise at the top of their profession.

The Opportunity

As a Case Manager, you’ll take clinical ownership of rehabilitation for individuals whose lives have been impacted by injury or illness — often following complex neurological or paediatric events.

You’ll:

  • Lead and coordinate bespoke rehabilitation programmes
  • Apply advanced clinical reasoning to complex, life changing presentations
  • Influence outcomes across physical, psychological, social and vocational domains
  • Work collaboratively with families, insurers, employers and MDTs
  • Make decisions based on what’s right for the individual — not litigation

Most case management is remote, with face to face involvement for complex or catastrophic cases.

This Role Is For You If You Are…

An HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
5+ years post qualification experience
Clinically specialised in one or more of the following:

  • Neuro rehabilitation / Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
  • Paediatrics

Confident managing complexity, uncertainty and long term rehabilitation
Comfortable working autonomously while being part of a strong clinical team
Passionate about ethical, person centred rehabilitation

Why Senior OTs Choose ETS

True rehabilitation focus — independent of litigation
Remote working with flexibility and autonomy
Complex, meaningful cases that challenge and reward
Strong clinical governance & supervision
A respected, values led organisation
Time to think, reason and practise properly
Excellent admin support — so you focus on clinical work

Your Expertise Will Be Valued

At ETS, your clinical judgement matters.
Your experience is trusted.
And your work directly impacts someone’s ability to live, function and thrive again.

Interested?

If you’re a senior Occupational Therapist with a Neuro/ABI or Paediatric specialism and you’re ready to use your expertise in a role with real influence and purpose, we’d love to hear from you.

? Apply now and practise at the level your experience deserves.
