Full job description
The Urgent and Emergency Care team are looking to recruit a highly motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individual who will support the validation and coordination of Urgent and Emergency Care data reporting. The role will involve producing accurate and timely reports, such as the Emergency Department breach validation, Ambulance Handover times, and length of stay incident reporting.
The post holder will work collaboratively with the Clinical Lead, Assistant Service Manager, Consultants and Matron to provide sufficient support to ensure a seamless service.

To lead on the validation and coordination of specific reports, including but not limited to, the daily breach reporting and ambulance handover times.
Work collaboratively with team members, such as the wider consultant team, who provide input to the breach validation report.
Use initiative and work independently to ensure the timely validation of breach reporting, ensuring a timely validated position is sent back to the information team and circulated to senior management.
Take corrective and proactive action to reduce and minimise data quality issues and highlight documentation training requirements or staff
Lead on the daily ambulance breach validation and validate the monthly ambulance breach position report.
Understand 12-hour length of stay metrics and when this triggers an incident report.
Lead on incident reporting for 12-hour length of stay, linking in with the Assistant Service Manager of Urgent and Emergency Care where required.
Ensure that daily review, validation and reconciliation of data quality reports is undertaken.
Complete the submission for daily national sit reps, ensuring timely submission of data.
Support all Urgent and Emergency Care data requirements and validation when they may arise.
