We are seeking two motivated and enthusiastic Medical Education Fellows to join our dynamic Medical Education team. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to develop skills in medical education, leadership, and project delivery within a large, forward-thinking NHS Trust.

As part of this fellowship, there will also be opportunities to contribute to a major North West London Acute Provider Group (APG) quality improvement programme focused on Infection Prevention & Control, Antimicrobial Stewardship and patient safety across four acute NHS trusts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and develop medical education programmes, including IMG induction, MRCP PACES teaching, simulation, and contributions to training pathways, health and wellbeing, leadership development, and educator workforce initiatives
  • In collaboration, develop and refine portfolio pathways and explore wider training pathway opportunities
  • Manage, analyse, and utilise programme data (e.g. HEAT or equivalent systems) to evaluate impact and inform continuous improvement
  • Design, lead, and evaluate medical education projects, including stakeholder engagement, project delivery, data analysis, and dissemination through reports, presentations, and research outputs
  • Contribute to quality assurance, governance, and workforce development, including participation in education committees, regulatory preparation, outreach activity, and wider organisational improvement initiatives

Able to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
