This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within the Workforce Analytics Team at Greater Manchester Mental Health , supporting the effective delivery of workforce data and reporting across the organisation.
The post holder will report statistical data, monitor and maintain compliance in employment regulations and provide support and guidance to HR colleagues and managers across GMMH.
Please note - This role is not eligible for sponsorship
To maintain the integrity of workforce systems including ESR, Health Roster and OHIO
To be aware of data quality issues at all times , taking action to
maintain standards
To run standard and a d- hoc reports a nd support the wider digital agenda of information delivery through dashboards and digital tools.
Provide workforce information to support data quality audits,
data cleanses, validation exercises and reports.
Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust employs over 7000 members of staff, who deliver services from more than 122 locations.
