Depax Care provides high‑quality community support across the UK, working with Local Authorities, NHS services, charities and private clients. We support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex behaviours in their homes and local communities.
About the Role
We’re looking for Community Support Workers who want flexible hours, weekly pay, and meaningful work helping people build independence, confidence and daily living skills.
What You’ll Do
- Support individuals at home and in the community
- Promote independence, wellbeing and social confidence
- Follow personalised support plans
- Assist with daily living tasks and structured activities
- Maintain clear records and follow safeguarding procedures
Shifts Available
Flexible community shifts including mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends.

Requirements
- 6 months care/support experience
- Care Certificate (or willingness to complete)
- Right to work in the UK
- Caring, reliable and professional attitude
