Quality Coordinator (Medical Devices)

Part-Time | 22.5 hours per week (flexible working pattern)
Office Based | Tarporley, Cheshire
Salary £32000 per annum (pro rata £19,500)

Are you passionate about quality, compliance and continuous improvement?

We're looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our friendly and ambitious team at Aspect Scientific, a growing medical engineering business supporting NHS and private healthcare organisations throughout the UK and Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our Quality team, helping us maintain and continuously improve our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management systems whilst supporting the business through its next phase of growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting and improving our Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Maintaining controlled documentation and quality records
  • Supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance
  • Assisting with internal audits and continuous improvement projects
  • Supporting CAPA, non-conformance and change control activities
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to promote quality and compliance

About you

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience within a medical device or other regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
  • Experience of quality documentation and compliance processes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement
  • The confidence to work independently whilst building strong relationships across the business

Experience with ISO 27001, CAPA, audits or quality improvement projects would be advantageous.
