Full job description

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Medical Emergencies and Resuscitation Lead by delivering Basic Life Support and Immediate Life Support curriculum, including input into the strategic delivery of resuscitation services across the Trust. This role will sit within the Education Training Team and be based at our Leatherhead Headquarters with the requirement to travel across multiple trust sites including Epsom, Chertsey and Guildford.

Deliver resuscitation and clinical skills training programmes to ensure mandatory and statutory resuscitation training compliance is maintained.

Provide resuscitation training sessions across trust sites and within partner organisations if required.

To influence patient and clinical safety though the delivery of effective education and assessment programmes to ensure the safe use of equipment

Be fully conversant with the operation of all resuscitation equipment used within the trust both clinically, in training and follow up.

To work with the education team to schedule provision of courses, considering demand and capacity, areas of high need /low compliance.
