Full job description
At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.
The post holder is required to provide comprehensive secretarial, waiting list management and administrative support to medical and nursing staff within a specialty team. The post holder will assist medical and nursing colleagues in the organisation of the specialty team workload, communicating appointment and admission related information to patients/carers. The post holder will be compliant with the Patient Access Policy, RTT Pathways and Divisional requirements in terms of inpatient and outpatient waiting list management. The post holder will be responsible for the supervision of the administration team.

Secretarial support to the clinical teams
RTT pathway management
Diary management
Waiting List management
Point of contact for patients via telephone
Close working with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the department
