Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist and Administrator to join our team in Walton on Thames. This vital role involves managing front desk operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth communication and efficient office functioning. Responsibilities

  • Reception cover
  • Booking patients into clinic and signposting patients to the waiting area or other parts of the hospital
  • Processing referrals which include a combination of data input, scanning and uploading documents and managing emails
  • Managing inbound telephone calls for appointment bookings and general referral enquires
  • Liaising with clinical team for adhoc general admin queries

Essential skills

  • Strong IT skills required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication with excellent telephone and face to face manner
  • Excellent customer service with the ability to manage challenging phone calls
  • Able to work is a busy, fast paced environment
  • Able to work as part of a team
