We are looking for a strong, organised, and confident Dental Receptionist to take ownership of front-of-house operations at our established Kidbrooke practice, part of the growing Smile 4 U Dental Group.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a structured environment, and wants their experience, judgement, and professionalism to be respected and valued.

Your Role & Impact

You will help lead, manage, and elevate the reception function by:

  • Owning day-to-day front-of-house operations
  • Supporting the dentists and hygienists with confidence
  • Optimising appointment diaries for NHS and private dentistry
  • Delivering an outstanding patient journey from first contact to follow-up
  • Handling patient queries and escalations calmly and professionally
  • Working closely with clinicians,TCO and management to ensure smooth workflows
  • Ensuring compliance with practice policies, GDPR, and NHS requirements
  • Embracing and implementing improvements, systems, and change

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a dental receptionist
  • Strong understanding of NHS and private dental workflows
  • Confident using dental software (SOE, CareStack) and Boxely CRM
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
  • Professional, reliable, and solutions-focused
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
