About Us
Greenacre Orthodontics is a warm, patient-focused orthodontic practice based in Connah's Quay. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and creating an environment where our team genuinely thrives. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a new front of house receptionist to join us our team.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our patients — answering calls, managing appointments, and ensuring every visit starts and ends on a positive note. Day-to-day duties include:
- Answering phones promptly and professionally
- Booking and amending appointments in person and by phone
- Greeting patients on arrival and keeping clinicians informed
- Handling enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Sending patient communications via their preferred method
- Taking payments and cashing up
- Placing and receiving supplier orders
- General administration (scanning, photocopying, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate, secure patient records
- Proactively managing appointment diaries
What We're Looking For
You'll have excellent communication skills, a calm and professional manner, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. We are a busy NHS/Private Practice. Previous dental reception experience is essential.
Pay: From £13.00 per year
