- Develop and continuously improve the company's bid library, case studies and standard responses
- Assist with the development of company policies, governance documentation and quality management systems
- Support ISO accreditation and ongoing compliance activities
- Produce management reports and bid performance information
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the bid process.
About You
We are looking for an experienced NHS bid professional who is confident managing multiple complex tenders and producing exceptional written submissions.

- Experience managing NHS tenders from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of NHS procurement processes, including framework agreements and mini competitions
- Experience responding to national, regional and local NHS procurement exercises
- A proven track record of producing successful tender submissions
- Excellent written English with exceptional proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to write clear, persuasive and evidence-based responses
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
