- Show us the real you: Your application should reflect your skills, experience, and motivations authentically.
- Use AI wisely: It’s fine to use AI for ideas or to check spelling and grammar, but don’t let it write your answers.
- Why this matters: Applications that rely on AI-generated content may be withdrawn. By applying, you confirm your responses are based on your own knowledge and achievements.
Tip: Think of AI as a helper, not a substitute. We want to understand younot an AI tool.

Do you have a passion for rehabilitation and supporting people to maximise their independence, health, and wellbeing? If so, we have an exciting range of opportunities for dynamic and forward-thinking Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Assistant Practitioners within Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership.
We are looking for adaptable, collaborative, and motivated individuals to help strengthen and shape our community rehabilitation services. These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to service development and innovation as we continue to evolve future models of care.
Our Community Rehabilitation Service is currently undergoing a period of redesign to further enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes. As a result, some aspects of these roles may develop over time in line with service priorities.
These posts provide excellent opportunities to develop rehabilitation skills with a wide range of people with a range of abilities and conditions, while gaining valuable experience in problem-solving, quality improvement, collaborative working, and service development.
The successful candidate will be hosted at Astley Ainslie Hospital but this could be subject to change as part of the redesign. You will be expected to work flexibly across community locations to ensure efficient use of time and responsive patient-centred care delivery. There may be a requirement to contribute to a 7-day working pattern including weekends as part of a rota system, currently once every 6 weeks.
When joining the EHSCP you can expect a commitment to your personal and professional development and access to a range of training and development opportunities relevant to your role.
