Full job description

Award-winning family-run home care, established 20 years — and we're hiring carers who can start immediately.

We're an independent, family-owned care provider rated Outstanding in Caring by the CQC, looking for great carers to join our team across Surrey and Hampshire on both day visits and live-in care.

The job
You'll support people to live well in their own homes — companionship, personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and help with getting up in the morning and settling at night.

No experience needed
Full training provided, including the Care Certificate, with ongoing support and mentoring from a friendly, experienced team.

What we're looking for

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
  • Good spoken and written English, for communicating with clients and keeping accurate care records
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Surrey Heath area
  • Honest, empathetic, reliable, flexible, positive, committed, responsible, polite and trustworthy
