Role Description

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a team that holds high standards.

  • Are honest and communicate openly with the team
  • Support your teammates and contribute to a positive working environment
  • Stay focused on the job and use your time productively
  • Are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy, not just do the minimum

A full UK manual driving licence is essential.

Experience in cleaning or maintenance is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.

  • Reliability & consistency – turning up, doing the job properly, every time
  • Honesty & openness – clear communication and taking responsibility
  • Supportive teamwork – helping each other to get the job done
  • Professional standards – in how we work, present ourselves, and deliver results
  • A can-do attitude – finding solutions and taking pride in doing things properly

We value people who naturally work this way and want to be part of a team that does the same.

Why Join Us

  • Varied, active work — no two days are the same
  • Opportunity to develop skills in specialist cleaning
  • Be part of a growing company with opportunities to progress
  • Work within a supportive, professional team
  • A role where your effort and attitude are genuinely recognised
