Location: S4 7TA, Sheffield
Hours: Full or part-time hours, including days, evenings & weekends

About Us

Padel Elite is a new indoor padel club that has recently opened in Sheffield, designed to bring people together around one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. The venue features premium padel courts, a social bar and café area, regular events and tournaments for players of all levels.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Club Assistant to join the Padel Elite team to help with the day-to-day running of the club whilst ensuring players and visitors have a great experience. A key part of this role will involve continuously creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere at the club. This will include you being involved in welcoming customers, assisting with bookings as well as supporting the bar and reception area.

You may also assist with taking photos or short videos during matches and events for our social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and checking players in for their bookings
  • Assisting with court bookings and general enquiries
  • Supporting the bar and café area with drinks and light refreshments
  • You will play a key role in shaping the bar and café experience, contributing to menu development and using customer insights to determine which food and beverage offerings perform best
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception and social space
  • Helping with club events, tournaments, and student nights
  • Taking photos or short videos during games and events for social media
  • Ensuring customers have a positive experience at the club

About You

  • You must have at least 5-years’ experience in hospitality or events
  • At least 5- years working in a bar or restaurant
  • Pervious experience working in a sports or leisure facility is advantageous but not required
  • You play padel or have an interest in racket sport
  • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
  • Reliable and organised
  • Comfortable working in a social and active environment
  • Available for evening and weekend shifts
