Night Nurse jobs in Belfast

We’re looking for a Specialist Nurse to join our Clinical Operations team within Northern Irelans.

As a Specialist Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients in their own homes — helping to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering exceptional care, improving patient outcomes, and shaping a service that truly puts patients and their families first, gives patients control of their health through knowledge, choice, convenience, and connection.

Who we are looking for:

You’ll thrive here if you are a dedicated, confident nurse who enjoys working autonomously while being part of a wider supportive team. We’re looking for someone who has:

 RGN (Part 1 NMC Register)
 Post-registration experience in an acute care setting, including independent decision-making and supervision of others.
 Strong knowledge of therapies and drugs relevant to our service offerings, and experience caring for patients with treated conditions.
 Experience undertaking clinical assessments and administering subcutaneous injections.
 Experience caring for IV devices and administering IV therapies.
 Excellent communication skills — you listen actively, communicate sensitively, and make clinical information easy to understand.
 Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and following protocols.
 Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing service demands.

A full UK driving licence as regional travel is required for this role
