Company: Triton Security & Facilities Management

Job Title: Mobile Security Supervisor

Location: Triton Group Head Office, Leeds

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Arrangements: 42 hours per week working a 4 on 4 off 12 hour night shift pattern.

Reporting Line: Control Room Manager

Salary: £13.27 per hour

Role Introduction

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing mobile patrols, site inspections, locks and unlocks and response to alarm activations.

The officer will work closely with the Triton control room team.

The successful candidate will be professional, dependable and calm under pressure, with excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills. You must be highly organised, able to work independently and committed to delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and daily activities for management review.
  • Carry out officer welfare checks.
  • conduct site lock ups / unlocks.

Essential Requirements

  • SIA Frontline Licence
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Must be 21 or over for car insurance purposes
  • Willingness to work day shifts when required to meet business needs

Desirable Requirements

To stand out from others and make you exceptionally well placed to take on the role you will have:

  • Previous experience in mobile security, keyholding or alarm response
  • Experience locking and unlocking premises
  • Experience conducting scheduled patrols and site inspections
  • Confidence working independently during nights and weekends
  • Good local area knowledge and strong navigation skills
  • Experience using mobile reporting systems
  • A clean driving record
  • Previous experience driving company vehicles
