Job Description:

Cambridge Country Club, known for its superior service and exclusive amenities, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Time Cleaner to join our team. This role requires an individual who can work independently and maintain our high standards of cleanliness while the club is not in operation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate activities of the cleaning team to ensure optimal cleanliness and hygiene across all club facilities.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.

· Train, coach, and guide cleaning staff in performing their duties effectively and safely.

· Manage inventory and supply requisition of cleaning materials and equipment.

· Coordinate with other departments and communicate any relevant information to the cleaning team.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality setting.

· Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

· Knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices.

· Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in managing schedules and meeting deadlines.

· Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

· A problem-solving attitude and ability to handle emergencies effectively.

• cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
