Full job description

Oates Recovery Ltd is a breakdown recovery specialist operating a 24 hr, 7 days a week service to car and commercial vehicles. We are committed to providing an excellent service to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking phone calls and deploying the correct resources to broken down/accident damaged vehicles along with updating job management software in a safe and efficient manner and keeping customers informed from start to finish. This job role can be fast paced and challenging when managing live vehicle incidents that are in a dangerous locations or been involved in a road traffic accidents especially during times of high work volume.

Experience is preferred within the motor vehicle/ transport industry but not essential and full training will be provided. You will be required to work a 6 month paid probation before receiving a contract to ensure your the right employee for us and we are the right employer for you.

Requirements & key information;

- Geographical knowledge and map reading is essential

- High level of organisation skill

- Reading and writing skill

- 18:00 - 06:00

- 4 ON 4 OFF Alternating days

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Night salary:

£28.938.00 per year equivalent to £13.25 per hour - Starting salary, can increase based on performance
