Sunday to Thursday night
11pm – 7:30am
About the Role:
The role will be flexible working in all areas of the production process. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
Baker (Bakeroom):
You will be operating mixers, using depositors, loading and unloading the ovens, spraying pans or depanning cakes, ensuring our products are baked to the best quality and keeping our customers happy. While experience would be preferred, we are happy to consider applications from those with limited bakery experience as full training can be provided.
Decorating Room:
One day you could be icing cakes, next filling pastry cups with mincemeat. Some of the work is done by hand, other tasks will involve using machines. Cutting traybakes, icing fairy cakes, rolling swiss rolls, it all happens here! What matters is that you can work at speed and with accuracy. No experience necessary as full training will be provided.
Packing/ Despatch:
In this area you will be involved in everything from labelling and collating products into correct packaging, to preparing pallets for collection and onward delivery to our customers.

- Ability to follow clear instructions on how to set-up & run a machine
- Can work well as part of a team
- Carry out your tasks in safe and timely manner
- Motivated and keen to learn under our designated training programme.
