We are delighted to be recruiting a number of production operatives to join our team in Ferndown in Dorset.

Summary:

This role will be cross functional working across inspection, moulding, finishing and despatch.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Set production machinery and equipment to achieve the correct output rate in order to complete the production plan and ensure the on-time delivery of goods
• To manufacture product to the required quality standards and record data as determined by the relevant quality standards or specifications
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others
• Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation or production processes and equipment
• Play an active role in maintaining housekeeping standards to ensure everyone’s safety by adhering to the Company’s health and safety policy
• Carry out product changeovers as efficiently as possible and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Carry out machine cleaning as laid down in the procedures or as directed by the Supervisor
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by the Supervisor or Manager of Superior Limited

Hours of work: Monday - 0800-1630, Tuesday to Friday 0800-1600 - 38 hours per week.

Regular overtime is available on a daily basis aand on occasions, a Saturday morning .

We also have the opportunity to work a night shift over 4 nights a week Monday to Thursday. Training will be required to take place on a day shift for a period of approximately 4 weeks.

Once trained , there will be an opportunity to work night shift over 4 nights (Monday to Thursday)

Benefits:

Regular overtime available - All hours worked over contracted hours will be paid at a rate of £18.31 per hour.
