Overview

Join our vibrant entertainment venue as a Nightclub Manager, where you will lead the dynamic team responsible for delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests. This role is perfect for a passionate, energetic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and lively atmosphere. As the driving force behind nightly operations, you will oversee staff management, guest services, and overall venue performance, ensuring every night runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the nightclub team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service and safety
  • Oversee nightly operations, including entry management, bar and lounge activities, and event coordination
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and venue policies
  • Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to foster a positive atmosphere
  • Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests
  • Monitor revenue streams, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency during each shift
  • Organize promotional events and special themed nights to attract new patrons and retain loyal guests

Requirements

  • Proven management experience within hospitality or nightlife environments, with strong leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of guest services principles and the ability to create memorable experiences
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, vendors, and security teams
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and decisively in a lively setting
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations, health & safety standards, and alcohol service laws
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by nightclub operations
  • Passion for entertainment, music trends, and creating an energetic atmosphere that keeps guests coming back

Pay: £12.71 per hour
