Full job description

Due to growth and expansion within our team, SGL are seeking Nightclub Door Supervisors working within the Glasgow area, to demonstrate our values of Loyalty, Integrity and Professionalism while delivering a high standard of service.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Extend a warm and professional welcome to venue visitors.
  • Screen individuals for entry suitability.
  • Maintain a security presence to ensure smooth operations and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with clients, customers, and colleagues.

  • Conduct searches for unauthorized or illegal items.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to incidents within queues or the venue.
  • Offer customer support and manage incidents involving venue patrons.

What We Need From You:

  • Must be available to work weekends.
  • Must have an SIA Door Supervisors licence.
  • Ability to establish strong rapport with clients, customers, and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a diverse team.
  • Ability to provide a 5-year checkable work history.
