Full job description

Bartender (Weekend Night Shifts)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable bartender to deliver an outstanding guest experience in a very busy, fast-paced venue. No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided, although experience in the hospitality industry would be beneficial.

This is a weekend, night-shift position. Candidates must be available to start immediately and to work every Friday and Saturday, with typical working hours of 5pm to 4am. The ideal candidate is hard-working, proactive, observant and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative. They will be a fast learner and flexible by nature, adapting quickly to new situations, and will perform well under pressure in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails
  • Monitor, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Provide attentive, guest-focused service throughout long shifts
  • Comply with all food, beverage and licensing regulations
  • Deliver high standards of customer service, including occasional tray service and order entry
