KBG Security Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced SIA Door Supervisor to join our team at a busy licensed venue in Chesterfield.

This is a permanent Saturday night position, offering guaranteed weekly work for the right individual.

Please note: This role is not suitable for newly qualified Door Supervisors or applicants with no licensed venue experience. We are looking for professionals who have previously worked in pubs, bars or nightclubs and are confident managing the challenges of the night-time economy.

About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment while working closely with venue management and your security team.

You should be confident in:

• Managing busy licensed venues
• Controlling entry and exit points
• Handling refusals professionally
• Defusing conflict using strong communication skills
• Managing difficult or intoxicated customers
• Completing accurate incident reports
• Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a firm but professional approach

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Previous experience working in pubs, bars or nightclubs
• Excellent conflict management and communication skills
• A professional appearance and attitude
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Availability to work every Saturday from 21:00 to 01:00

Applicants without previous door supervision experience in the licensed trade will not be shortlisted.
