About Us

T3 Security is one of the fastest-growing security companies in the North of England. Due to rapid growth across the Yorkshire region, we’re now looking for SIA Licenced Door Supervisors to join our expanding team in Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

Role Overview

We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to work in busy, high-profile venues including pubs, bars, and nightclubs—primarily during weekend and evening hours. This is a front-line position, and you'll often be the first point of contact for customers. Your role is crucial in creating a safe, welcoming environment while upholding the standards of T3 Security and our clients. Must be able to work a Friday and Saturday Evenings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Performing ID and entry checks
  • Conducting customer searches where required
  • Crowd management and control
  • Ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and property
  • Adhering to assignment instructions and health & safety protocols
  • Managing incidents calmly and professionally, inside and outside of venues
  • Liaising with venue management, patrons, and colleagues
  • Representing T3 Security to the highest standard
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

All candidates must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) Licence and be able to provide a 5-year work history.
