As a Senior Product Manager on Overwatch Rush, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the player experience. You will apply your expertise in product management and passion for gaming to drive the success of the game across areas such as meta feature design, economy, progression, and social systems. Responsibilities
Duties will include:

Define the strategy, roadmap and delivery plans for your areas of responsibility, aligning them with the overall game experience and key performance metrics.
-
Partner with design leadership to develop features from concept through iteration, producing clear product requirements and acceptance criteria and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
-
Drive experimentation and optimisation initiatives that balance retention, engagement and monetisation to achieve business goals while maintaining a player-first experience.
-
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams–including game designers, engineers, artists, analysts, UX/UI specialists, consumer insights specialists, and game user researchers–to help define, implement, and measure the impact of features and optimizations.

Collect and analyze player feedback, data, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvements and optimize the player experience.

Partner closely with the user research team to conduct playtests and usability studies to validate design decisions and gather player insights.
-
Conduct market research and analysis to identify player preferences, industry trends, and developments in the competitive landscape.
-
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for game features.
-
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and player preferences to inform future product improvements and innovations.
Minimum Requirements
Experience
-
5+ years of experience in Product Management within the gaming industry. Shooter or Brawler genre experience is a big plus.
-
Proven track record of defining product strategy, setting roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
-
Experience managing live or service-based products, including ongoing optimisation of engagement, retention, and monetisation.
-
Gaming industry experience is preferred; shooter or brawler genre familiarity is a plus
Knowledge & Skills

Strong product judgement and the ability to turn user needs, business objectives, and market insights into clear product priorities
-
Proven understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive decision-making.
