We're a growing provider of premium shisha catering for clubs, bars, private events and entertainment venues.

We're looking for confident, energetic and customer-focused Shisha Waitresses to join our team.

Your Role

As a Shisha Waitress, you'll be the face of Eclipse Shisha, creating memorable experiences for our customers while promoting and serving our premium coal and electric shisha products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, setting up and serving shisha pipes in accordance with training and safety procedures.
• Providing friendly, attentive and professional customer service.
• Engaging with customers, recommending flavours and promoting sales.
• Monitoring customers' shisha throughout their experience, including coal management where applicable.
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and equipment standards.
• Managing stock and following opening and closing procedures.
• Accurately recording sales and stock usage.
• Working closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Arriving punctually and being reliable for scheduled shifts.

• Be 18 years or older.
• Be confident working in busy nightlife, club and bar environments.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be motivated to achieve sales targets and earn commission.
• Be reliable, punctual and flexible with weekend availability.
• Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

No previous shisha experience is necessary! We provide comprehensive training covering product knowledge, shisha preparation, customer service, sales techniques and safety procedures.

Previous experience in hospitality, sales or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
