NOW HIRING: Administration Staff (Northern Ireland)

The Role

Join our multi-skilled admin team supporting residential energy customers.
Your day-to-day will include:

  • Accurate data entry
  • Contacting Customers about overdue bill payments.
  • Handling customer queries with professionalism
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Working collaboratively to keep customer journeys smooth and efficient

Please note: This role is open to Northern Ireland–based candidates only.

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, with rotational shifts:

  • 9am – 5pm
  • 9.30am – 5.30pm
  • 10.30am- 6.30pm

NB - If you are successful in this role you will be required to carry out a Basic AccessNI Check. A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
