About The Service:

There are four people with mild learning disabilities living at the home, three males and one female with their ages ranging from 39 to 80. Most of the people living in the home are independent so they require less hands-on support and whilst they can get on with many aspects of their lives independently, they need varying levels of support in specific areas including banking, food shopping, meal preparation, arranging and attending some health appointments

One of the People We Support living in the home has hoarding characteristics.

The role is classified as lone working

ROTA DETAILS:

20 hours per week. Every shift is attached to a sleep in.(Hours will vary)
