We are specifically looking for candidates who live within approximately a 30-minute drive of Southam. Please do not apply if your normal commute would be longer than this.

About the Role

All Things Tennis is looking for a motivated, reliable and versatile Warehouse & E-commerce Assistant to join our growing team in Southam.

We are looking for someone with a broader skill set than a traditional warehouse role.

Alongside picking, packing, receiving stock and maintaining the warehouse, there will be opportunities to assist with areas such as Shopify product management, website administration, stock management and new product launches. Customer service experience is a big benefit as you may be asked to do this.

All Things Tennis is one of the UK's leading independent Tennis and Padel retailers, operating a fast-growing online business alongside our physical retail locations.

Whilst we operate within a busy dispatch environment, we are not a large corporate warehouse operation. We have a close-knit team and want someone who takes responsibility for their work, can follow established processes and is also comfortable getting involved in different areas of the business when required.

This role would particularly suit someone who already has warehouse, fulfilment or retail experience but also has good computer skills and an interest in e-commerce. An interest or knowledge of tennis and padel would be strongly preferred and would help considerably when working with our products.

Key Responsibilities

The core of the role will include:

• Receiving, checking, organising and storing incoming stock
• Picking, packing and dispatching online customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control
• Maintaining a clean, safe and highly organised warehouse
• Working with the wider team to meet daily dispatch deadlines
• Maintaining high standards of order accuracy and presentation
• Supporting general warehouse and operational duties as required
• Helping the team during busy seasonal trading periods

E-commerce & Product Support

Depending on experience and ability, the role will also include:

• Creating and updating products within Shopify
• Updating product information, specifications, images and collections
• Checking products are correctly presented and categorised on our websites
• Assisting with new product launches and product uploads
• Helping maintain accurate online stock and product information
• Supporting the wider e-commerce team with general website administration
• Identifying product or website issues and helping keep our online catalogue organised

There may also occasionally be opportunities to assist with product photography, videos or social media content. Confidence speaking about products or appearing on camera would be useful, but this is not a major part of the role and previous content experience is not required.

Experience That Would Be Particularly Valuable

You do not need to have experience in every area below, but applicants with some of the following would be particularly suited to the role:

• Previous warehouse, fulfilment or dispatch experience
• Previous retail or e-commerce experience
• Experience using Shopify or another e-commerce platform
• Experience creating or managing online products
• Good general computer and administrative skills
• Experience with stock or inventory management systems
• Knowledge of tennis, padel or racket sports
• An interest in tennis and padel equipment and products
• Basic photography, video or social media experience would be a bonus

Additional Information

Successful applicants will complete a fully paid trial week to ensure the role is a good fit for both parties, followed by a 3-month probation period.
