Warehouse Operative FLT Driver

Location: Corby
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
Hours:

  • Days: 06:30 – 18:30
  • Nights: 18:30 – 06:30

Pay:

  • £14.20 per hour
  • Overtime paid at Time and a Half (£21.30 per hour)

We are currently looking for motivated Warehouse Operative FLT Drivers to join our busy Corby site.

About the Role

Working within our temperature-controlled warehouse, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Moving, stacking and storing pallets
  • Supporting warehouse operations to meet daily targets
  • Carrying out duties in line with health and safety procedures
  • Working within a chilled and frozen warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-house licences accepted)
  • Recent Counterbalance FLT driving experience
  • Comfortable working in cold store conditions
  • Reliable with a positive attitude and strong attention to safety
  • Ability to work as part of a team
