We are currently recruiting Cutting Operatives to join the team at its Spalding site. This is a full-time permanent opportunity within the Cutting Department, offering full training and career progression for candidates who are motivated and eager to learn.

Role Responsibilities
As a Cutting Operative, you will work within a fast-paced production environment carrying out a range of duties including:
- Working on a production line within the Cutting Department
- Handling and preparing meat products to required specifications
- Operating machinery and production equipment safely
- Undertaking manual handling tasks
- Using knives and cutting tools once trained
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and safety
Successful candidates must be physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 15kg.
Training & Development
Previous experience is not required for this role. Full training and support will be provided, including opportunities to progress into a Skilled Knife Operative position.
Pay & Benefits
- £13.21 per hour
- Voluntary overtime available
- Weekend hours paid at premium rates

- Stable Monday to Friday working pattern
Working Hours
- Shift: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 05:30 – 15:00
- Includes 2 breaks per shift
