Customer Service and Sales Representative
Watford | Full-Time | Immediate Starts Available

Every conversation with a member of the public is an opportunity to explain why these causes matter and to bring people on board to support them, so representatives need to be able to communicate that passion clearly and authentically.

About the Role
We're looking for people-focused individuals to join the customer service and sales team in Watford, representing our client's charity partners to the public. This is a hands-on role where you'll be talking to people every day, explaining the missions behind the causes you represent, and helping supporters get involved in the right way for them.

No experience? No problem. Full training is given from day one, so this is a great fit whether you're starting your career or looking for a fresh challenge.

A Day in This Role
You'll be the face of the charities you represent for every person you speak to. That means:

  • Greeting and engaging with members of the public, building rapport quickly
  • Explaining a charity's mission, values, and impact in a genuine, engaging way
  • Answering questions and resolving queries on the spot
  • Matching supporters to the right way to get involved or contribute
  • Handling registrations, sign-ups, and donations accurately
  • Following up to make sure supporters feel valued and informed
  • Hitting personal and team targets each week
  • Taking part in regular coaching sessions to sharpen your skills
  • Helping create a team atmosphere people actually enjoy working in
