About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking External Cleaning Operative to join our team, covering sites across the North of England. This is a full-time role working 4 days per week, offering a minimum of 37.5 hours, with opportunities for additional hours.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality external cleaning services, including graffiti removal, across a range of locations, ensuring excellent standards and customer satisfaction at all times.

Please Note Experience is necessary; if you do not have some experience in Labouring, Ground Working or General External Cleaning, please do not apply for this position

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out external cleaning duties including:
  • Pressure washing (hot wash system)
  • Cladding cleaning
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Graffiti removal
  • General exterior maintenance
  • Travel between sites across the North of England
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Follow all health & safety guidelines
  • Represent the company professionally when on-site

Requirements

  • ✅ Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • ✅ Previous external cleaning or graffiti removal experience preferred (but not essential – training can be provided)
  • ✅ Good work ethic and ability to work independently
  • ✅ Willingness to travel regularly
  • ✅ Physically fit due to the nature of the role

Pay: £12.75-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 45.0 per week
