What You’ll Do (And Love Doing!)

Every day is different, but your core mission is simple: provide compassionate, person-centred care to adults in the comfort of their homes.

Daily Tasks Will Include:

  • Personal Care with Dignity: Support individuals with personal care like getting dressed, bathing, and mobility—ensuring they feel respected and empowered.
  • Be a Helping Hand: Assist service users with physical and learning disabilities, and help them maintain their independence in a safe, comforting environment.
  • Meal Magic: Assist with preparing delicious meals that meet each service user’s dietary needs and preferences.
  • Mobility Support: Help those with mobility challenges stay active, using personal equipment and aids where needed.
  • Medication Assistance: Ensure timely and accurate medication reminders or administration (training provided), keeping everything documented.
  • Be Their Eyes & Ears: Observe and report changes in your service users’ health—your attentiveness keeps them safe and healthy.
  • Spread Kindness: Brighten someone’s day by simply being there, providing companionship, and sharing your genuine care.

  • No Experience? No Problem!: Full training is provided, though experience in care or an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is a plus.
