The Role

As our Barista & Store Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of the new SOS coffee bar. One minute you’ll be crafting the perfect flat white, the next you’ll be welcoming surf fans, keeping the shop looking sharp, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile (and probably a caffeine buzz).

This isn’t just pulling shots - it’s about passion, personality, and being part of a growing, fun, and proudly local brand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve up incredible coffee, matcha, and other hot (and cold) drinks with style and consistency
  • Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for great products with customers
  • Help keep the store floor buzzing - stocking, tidying, and chatting to customers
  • Work with the team to make SOS Surf the go-to spot for locals and visitors alike
  • Add your personality to the mix - because we’re all about people, not robots

  • A proven barista with a love for speciality coffee and great art skills.
