- Conduct scheduled security and fire safety checks in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor CCTV systems and investigate any security concerns.
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations, guest incidents and fire alarms.
- Ensure all hotel entrances, exits and restricted access areas remain secure.

- Complete overnight checklists accurately and thoroughly.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guests and hotel operations at all times.
- Assist with stock movement, deliveries and overnight operational requirements.
- Support the wider hotel team whenever required to ensure exceptional service delivery.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, confident and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
- High levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent time management and reliability.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and deal confidently with unexpected situations.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous for valet parking duties but is not essential.
Experience with Opera Cloud or other hotel property management systems would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
