Now Hiring for a New Opening Within Our Hotel

We’re excited to launch Dé Danann, a brand-new concept restaurant within our hotel, celebrating modern Irish cooking with creativity, warmth, and a touch of flair. As we prepare for opening, we’re building a passionate kitchen team to bring this vision to life.

What we’re looking for:

Junior Sous Chef

You’ll be:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Running sections confidently and maintaining high culinary standards
  • Assisting with menu prep, stock control, and food safety
  • Helping mentor junior team members

You’ll need:

  • Previous experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous
  • Strong organisation, creativity, and leadership qualities
  • A calm, positive approach in a busy kitchen
